: Sometimes when having a shower the pipes start a loud high pitched whistle , controlable only by using more water.Does anybody know what may be causing this and how might I solve the problem.Try taking the faucet apart and check for a loose washer inside. That would be the first place to look for the source of a noise as you described.Ken
