Racefanone, Timnath is about 60 miles north of Denver, and just southeast of Fort Collins. It is the least populous (about 220 souls, and maybe a couple of folks without souls), and the smallest incorporated Community in Larimer County, but that is soon to change. Three surrounding land owners have requested annexation of their 6000 acres of prime farm land into our 78 acre incorporated Town. They can’t earn enough revenue growing corn, so they are selling the land to developers who will grow houses. Poor little Timnath is facing some major changes in the near future.
