Robert, yes, just us “mouses” in the corner. I think the reason that their is a lack of activity on the Drainage and Sewerage Bulletin Board just may be the difficulty experienced in gaining access to the website. Most of the time, after about 2 minutes, I get a message “Action Cancelled”, but sometimes the message is “This Page Cannot be Displayed”. I just tried 3 times to get on to the website without success. Finally on the 4th try I was successful. This problem occurs just about every day. Usually on the second try I gain access, but never on the first try.
