Shane, you get a Job as an apprentice for five years on crap money and you attend tech and you pass all your levels of attainment, then you will be able to do this job, alternatively you could call a person who has already attained the necessary training – A licensed Plumber! for this training they dont charge that much, by the way what is your expertise or livelyhood?
