Could you be a little more specific. I am assuming you are talking about a flushometer type valve for a tankless toilet. What makes you believe the flow rate is too high. Or is the duration the valve open too long or could the toilet be backing up because of a partially blocked drain. What is the specific symptom or malady. What brand and model of valve is causing the problem. I am familiar with one or two.
