Unfortunately, there is not adequate room to lower the existing water pipes to the height of the drop ceiling. They are currently against an uninsulated exterior brick wall and are thus subject to the cold weather. It is currently -4 degrees fahrenheit here. Also, the area is in a semi-heated lobby without adequate heat to warm the pipes through the existing ceiling. Bruce Morriss
