Our code says that the vent shuld can be 1/2 the size of the waste pipe. Also you go buy the units. If you have single toilets only it should be ok but if you have a lav. on each one I would use 2″, also you have to have at least 1 3″ vent through the roof. Go buy your code, but if you make it larger thats ok.
