You can reuse the fittings but its a hit and miss affair with such small fittings.
cut the pipe flush with the fitting, brush some of the solvent cement INSIDE the pipe inside the fitting, stike a match and ingnite the cement. Force a screw driver between the pipe and the fitting a “pop” out the piece of pipe.
