rickVS. You said recently! If it is only a recent event it could be a vent problem.
However one problem associated with these new restricted flush toilets is the female population & the 1/2 flush not completely flushing the toilet paper away so that the paper hangs over the “s” trap & siphons the contents of the pan out.
We cant do away with females though.
