VD..How do you know that the leak is in fact a pin prick size hole. Could it not be a leak from some other source?…a leaky flapper..bad ball cock..hose bib leak.
A truly good leak deteection specialist would have found the source of even the tiniest leak by injecting Helium gas into the piping system and detecting the source of the leak by the unique wave form sound that is emitted at the leak site.
