I live in a area considered to have hard well water. My house has several large trees in front. I have a toliet that flushes good one time, and just swirls around the next. I snaked out the vent from the roof, took off the toliet and checked to see if any obstructions inside. Checked the flapper. The problem still exsist. The rest of the house has no problem with drainage.: : i am on a septec system, and i have problems with my toliet all the time i had a plumber out and he said that i did not have a vent pipe, would that cause my toliet to not flush properly and if so can i fix it myself and if i can than how do i do it?
