You can apply the same infomation and techniques you have for both except if you live in the Northern U.S. or Canada you will have to make sure you insulate all plumbing and heating lines you run under the floor. Also make sure you properly cover all of the openings you create to access the plumbing and heating. The only other advice I can offer is if you use drywall instead of panelling you should use a strip of molding to cover the seams because the next move the home makes will crack at any drywall seams.
