David: If the heater is leaking from a hole in the tank, it is in warranty, and will be replaced by the manufacturer. If it is leaking from a fitting, you will need to contact the plumber that originally installed the heater…if he is a reputable guy, he will more than likely take care of it for you.. Lots of luck…Bud
