have your water softness tested (usually free) the softer the water, the less detergent is needed. you may be chocking off your vents with bubbles, thus not allowing air to go into the drain system. start by running one cup of white vinegar through your washer (no clothes-hot water) then cut the amount of soap by 50%-75%. please let me know what happens thanks
