daveroconn–thanks,my unit was passing water through the drain slowly this morning.i shut the unit off with the by pass.after several hours i restarted the unit.nowater going out the drain.only problem pure salt or brine water at the tap.could a valve be stuck open some place?this is the first time for any problems.the unit is over 10 yr old [sears].
