1- Improper Venting

2- Under sized waste piping

3- Back Pitched line

4- Debris in the line due to fautly construction

5-Someone didnt use QUALITY Long Radius cast Iron and opted for the CHEAP plastic type of job that almost any home owner could do better then the average home builder or Tract house “plumber”

6- Too much putty under the P.O. flange…. Common helper/non licensed professional mistake

7- Not using improper supports like garbage band iron instead of Quality Clevis hangers spaces every 5 ft MAX on drainage etc. etc. etc.
