Try to get the name of the manufacturer. This could be a
J. R. Smith or other type of frost proof hose bib.
If it is a J.R. Smith your going to need a rebuilding kit with the extractor key (for lack of better name) that fits inside the valve to allow stem removal.
Do not improvise as you may damage this faucet.
