Hot Water Heater Leak

Hello, The family room is in the basement next to the furnance and hotwater heater. I noticed a wet spot on the rug in the family room and thought that it was a spill. As I checkit out, I noticed that the rug was wet back to the wall where the furnance/hotwater heater was located.. I open the doors to the hotwater room and noticed that the floor was wet. I do not see any obvious leaks. but the floor is most noticably wet around base of hotwater heater… The heater is approximately 15 years old RUUD RUUDGLAS PACEMAKER. What is your opinion for the leak?
