Our cold water pressure is fine, but the water pressure from the hot water is very low and the further you get away from the heater the lower the pressure…what could be the problem?

First: You might have galvanized piping which over time has become clogged with hard water deposits. Second: Check the shut off valve on your water heater, and make sure it is all the open.
