I AM FOOD INSPECTOR FOR THE COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. AT MY FOOD CLASS, SEVERAL STUDENTS ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NECESSITY TO CLEAN THE GREASE INTERCEPTORS LOCATED UNDER THEIR SINKS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF EQUIPMENT, SO I SUGGESTED THAT THEY TALK WITH THE INSTALLER. HOWEVER, I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HAVE ANY INFORMATION THAT IS AVAILABLE FOR MY FUTURE REFERENCE. THANK YOU.
