We had new Elger toilets installed in our baths and every now and then the toilets will run for only a few seconds. I have replaced the toilet tank flappers on both toilets but that did not work. Also it seems that they run if you are using water in another part of the house. Any help is apprec.thanks

Any help is apprec.: thankscheck the refill tube that runs over to flush valve, it may be stuck in too low(below water level)causing syphoning of water out of tank.
