My hotwater heater has quit heating. Im getting 110 V. at the power supply, behind the thermostat, and at the coils. I checked for continuity at the coils without removing them and they are O.K. unless the water in the tank would give a false reading. The unit is two years old. Is the voltage suppose to be 220? I could not find a blown fuse. HELP
