Flexible PVC

I have a 3/4 PVC water line that runs up a slope at such an angle that in order to connect it to a verticle line I must use radiator hose and hose clamps to make the conntection. It always starts to leak at some time and must be replaced and because of the location it is not a pleasant job. Is there something like flexible PVC or some other method to make the connection permanent. Thank You,Phil Tyler
