Air in Lines

The first thing to understand is that air cannot get into water lines unless it is pumped in. If there are leaks, the water will leak out but not the other way around. The air is most likely in the water and when it is heated, it is liberated and accumulates in the top of the heater and at the high points of the water system where it exits through the faucets when they are used. If it is a real problem, a float air vent installed at a high point over the water heater will allow it to escape as it is created.: We have air in our lines. I talked to a neighbor and they told me about changing the elements in the hot water heater. So we tried to no avail. We have a well. The little suckers wouldnt come out. We bought a new hot water heater. Installed it this past Sunday. Today (Tuesday) air is back the line. There are no leaks along the lines that was the first thing I checked. No leaks at the well either. When we drain the hot water heater, it works for a couple of days and the air problem comes back. It seems to me there is something going on somewhere between the hot water heater lines and all the faucets. Can you help?
