I am replacing a dual valve in a shower/bathtub with a single anti scald single handle valve. What height should it be mounted, is there a standard height.

Glen:–48 above the finished shower floor to the center of the shower valve handle. 75 generally to the center of the shower arm. Michael Jordans is probably a little higher.
