When using the jacuzzi tub, a small wet spot appears on the ceiling below it. The home builder didnt put any access panel around the tub so I cant check for leaks without removing the tile and drywall below. How can I figure out whats wrong?

The only thing I can think of is to make a hole somewhere. It might take several holes to find the actual leak. But a person with a lot of Jacuzzi experience might know what is most likely leaking, and be able to fix it with minimum distruction.
