I broke a small plate and thought Id picked up all of the pieces. One tiny piece about 3/4 and inch by 1/2 and inch got jammed in the disposal. Well, I git it out and pressed the reset butting a million times and it still isnt working. Its brand new. Im afraid my husband may have gotton a cheap one. Should we get yet another one? Or is this problem fixable? Thanks

Thanks try turning the impellor (cutting) blades in the disposal they should spin free. you can either buy a special srench for this at a local hardware store or use a broom handle or something. just try to catch the blades with the end of the handle and give it a turn (do not recommend using only your hands) once you get it spinning manually look in there with a flashlight and try and retreive any other broken glass pieces then hit the reset button and it should spin automatically
