My wife and I have just bought an old Federation home in Katoomba. It is in need of some TLC and I am after a list of tradespeople (e.g. tilers, carpenters, plumbers, etc) that are aware of the Federation style of construction. We have lathe and plaster walls, 11 foot ornate ceilings, French Marsille roof tiles, lovely lead light windows, etc, etc.I am also after some general restoration advice, namely, where do we start !!!!
