antique needle shower

I am Simon Chajes from Amsterdam, Holland. I want to build an antique needle shower like the one which is on http:/www. theplumber.com site and than clicking for: stand-up bath. Does anyone know where I can find info about it? I think in the sports-world they call it nowadays a Swiss needle shower. How do I get all the water-rays/waterpressure? Does it work with a pump? If someone can help me with some info or tell me where to find more info, I shall be very happy with it. Simon
