I have experienced problems with the house I purchased. At the time of purchase I did not know the house was plumbed with poly B piping. What legal recourse do I have? We have been in the house for 3 months. Please help.

RESPONSE: There are several class action lawsuits. You may qualify for full reimbursement, if you have a qualifying leak, or you may qualify for 10% if you have plastic fittings.
