Building a new house. Will have a well approximately 300-500 feet deep. Can you give me advice that may assist me in ensuring that the builder installs correct products and the best brands?

Wayne:–A well 300 to 500 feet in depth represents a considerable investment in energy , money and hardware. As a matter of good business practice, I would get estimates in writing from three reputable Well Drillers in your area for labor and materials to install a first class water delivery system for your new home. I also would let the Builder know that this is an area of great concern with you, and that you would like some specifics on the well and pumping arrangement prior to any drilling, after all..it is your money being spent…Lots of luck with your building project…Merry Christmas…Bud..Building a new house. Any suggestions on exactly how I can establish a high pressure water flow at a remore cabin. Water source is a nearby pond, approximately 50 yds. Set a water pump by lake, pump water to 6-8 ft elevated container to establish gravity flow to cabin??? Any directions on how I could do this would be appreciated.

We have a 350 foot well which is the water source for the house. How do we test the quality of the water? We have a water purifire and softener. Also, can we hook up a water system to the well (to water the landscape) without running the water bill too high? And how what we do that?
