About a week ago, a piece of plastic accidentally got down the drain and into the garbage disposal unit. Since, I didnt know it was in there, I turned the disposal on and it got jammed in there really tight. There is power going to the unit because you can hear it try to start when you flip the switch, but nothing happens. Hi, today my wife dropped a spoon in the garbage disposal inlet. She pulled it out without starting the unit but it will not start. All we hear is the motor trying to run, (humming noise), but it will not start. Can you help me to figure out to solve this problem?
