They probably will also sell cisterns and all of the related equipment (filtration, clorination, etc.) They should have any information concerning state laws on cisterns and how they are to be built and installed.

They can be cast in place or manufactured and delivered (max. size about 3000 gallon, anything larger is too heavy for a truck).
