SINGLE stem shower thermostat control?

Background: I have a four year old house with a walk in shower with the ‘single stem’ (rotate to adjust temperature, always full volume) control on the opposite wall from the single shower head.

Problem is any adjustments to the temperature take forever to come out the shower head. Thus, getting just the right temperature, which takes a few adjustments, can take some time.

Proposed solution: Thermostat control. Set it and forget it.

Problem: There is nice tile work I would rather not dig into. I would like to replace the valve from the back side wich is easy access drywall. Thus, I would like to replace my single stem manual temperature control (always full volume) with a single stem automatic temperature control (always full volume).

Most single stem automatic temperature (thermostat) controls I find say ‘Requires seperate volume control valve’.

Are there ANY Brands/Models that have:

1. Single stem
2. Automatic Thermostat
3. Don’t require a seperate volume control.
e.g., the single stem controls automatic temperature AND on/off.
