Our toilet keeps running. We’ve tried replacing everything but the flush valve. Do you have to take the tank off to replace the flush valve? Is there some other reason causing our problem?

Yes, you must remove the tank inoder to get to the flush valve. When you remove the tank you will find a large nut at to bottom all you have to do is remove the nut and the flush will come out and you will be able to remove the seal .. good luck your friend the pipexert…
