HI, I’ve tried plunging and that didn’t work so then I tried Draino. That didn’t work either. The drain is still clogged. I turned on the cold water tap and let the water run down the drain but after 20 sec. the drain started filling up with water again. Should I try using a snake. Actually the plunger did remove a lot of gunge.. black greasy goop. The trap is clear

Try plunging some more maybe the drain cleaner worked some by now. Rember that drain cleaner is some bad stuff treat it like acid because; it is.
