            Where I live it has to be Designed by an Eng. and submitted to County and OK for getiing a Permit and has to be inspected.

              Check with the authority that issued the license,not a big deal.

                It depends on the regulatory authority in that area. In Ohio, an engineer would have to design the system and get the state EPA’s approval prior to installation. Then, some counties will require a permit and inspect the installation.
