What could be the problem in my bathrooms at times we have a smell of sewage. The toliets are flushing fine and the smell is not always there? the smell is usually at night.

Is the PLBG. vented properaly and the toilet is losing its trap seal, are maybe you have to reset the toilets because the seal might be broken.
