Hi! I am in the process of moving my bathroom to a different location in the house. Does it matter what order my fixtures empty into the waste line going from the end of the pipe towards the main drain? Would sink, toilet, then the shower be okay?

It makes no difference, provided that each fixture has properly sized, trapped, and vented lines. Choose the layout that is the most efficient re pipe runs.
