I have a gas ventless heater. Whenever I turn it on to light 1 panel it roars, almost like it is getting too much gas. But when I turn it to light 2 or all 3 panels it is fine. Any idea what I should do to correct this problem?

Yep
Get a licenced gasfitter to check it out for you – gas is NOT something you should play with if you are not very experienced in the appliances specific set up details.
