Following trouble shooting chart: Green light on steady; Blower motor runs (good air flow) for 10 to 15 seconds, then red purge light is on approx 1 second; then red light goes off and blower shuts down; 30 seconds later same cycle repeats… every 40 to 45 seconds. No ignition, flame, nor gas smell. LP tank full. Flue vent on roof clear. Air intake unobstructed. Gas valves “on” at tank and furnace. Problem first noted when LP tank @ 25% and temp @-26F. System is 9 1/2 yrs old. HELP!

This may be related to the outdoor temperature and the resulting gas pressure. Propane boils at -44F. LP, methane, butane and other gases in the mixture have different boiling points. The resulting pressure may not be enough to provide adequate gas flow through the regulator at -26F. Check the gas pressure and talk with the fuel supplier.
