We recently shut our water off (well water) to replace the pressure valve on our hot water heater. When we turned the water back on, we do not have water in one of our bathtubs/ shower. All we get is a small dribble. The toilet and sink work in that room.

From turning on and off the water you might have gotten some debris in the faucet body.
You might need to take the faucet apart to clean and flush it out.
