I cleaned the spring looking thingie at the end of the overflow leaver but it still won’t go back in. What’s up? Help!!!! 11 Sep 2003 at 3:17 am #295129 DUNBARParticipant These can be very tricky at times to reinstall. Try turning the assembly while pushing it down. Be patient with it; it can become tiring but it will eventually go down. Make sure that you did not change the adjustments of length….this will affect how it drains and holds water.
