        Help! I am going crazy with this toilet. The toilet upstairs works fine! This one doesn’t seem to get enough water into the bowl and has a fowl smell. PS – My husband did replace the thing that fills the tank recently but not the ballock thing.

        Any info is greatly appreciated! Thanx

          That is sewer gas.
          Make sure water is up to mark in tank
          Make sure 1/4″ pvc tube is in over flow pipe
          make sure flapper stays up to give it the right flush.
