Even less cold water

        I live in Forest Lake (Brisbane) I get hardly any cold water out of any taps.
        The plumber tells me that I only have 100 kpa pressure, due to my house and the water resovoir being at the same level. Would it help if I get the council to lift the resovoir?

        Any other suggestions?

          (sorry, its late/early and my humor or lack there of is hindered!)
          Have you considered a storage tank with a pressure-selenoid actuated booster pump?
          I am in the process of getting one myself.
