The pressure coming from my well is about 30 – 50, I want to increase it to 40 – 60. In the circuit box there are two adjustment screws, one with a large spring and one with a small spring. I tightened both down a bit and pressure increased, but I’m not sure I did it correctly?? Why two springs, and what keeps the 20 lbs pressure between hi and lo??

The large spring/screw is for adjusting cut on and cut off pressure. Use this screw to raise cut on and cut off pressure only. Use the small screw to raise cut off pressure only. Hope this helps.
