How do you remove the single handle on a Moen bathroom faucet??

It depends on which one you have. Some have an allen screw in the side and others have a screw in the center under the decorative cap.

Fourth year is right – most of the ones i have seen have a plastic button covering the allen screw hole cover – also if you have to remove the cartridge, you will need a moen faucet repair kit which has a removal tool- cheap & easy to find from almost any plumbing supply house that sells moen products.
