I live on a farm and have bore water thatis rich in calcium.
My electric hot water system blows elements about every year.
The calcium is a HARD deposit at the bottom of the HWS vestle.
It is impossible to remove through the small element hole.
How do I stop it happening ?
How do I get rid of it when it does happen ?
What HWS system is best to buy in this situation ?

An ion exchange water softener will eliminate your hard water scale problem. Even the “best” water heating system on hard water will scale up.
