        To Whom It May Concern,

        I question the correct maximum water temperature in an apartment where I have control of the sinks and tubs water supply. This concerns Toledo, Ohio apartment of twenty units.
        Which code takes precident? Every person I ask says a different number. Where can I get a copy of the page of the proper book that states this temperature??? Thanks, Jim

          Check the local health department AND the local plumbing board.

          NYC for example has min. temperatures posted but not the max
          except for nursing homes and schools
