I’m new to this rental home and find that the baseboards are not hot inside the house but the one on the closed front porch(furhest from the boiler)is hot. How can I reverse this and get the inside baseboards to heat the house and turn off the porch?? Pls. help!

Call the landlord and have the system serviced. There are several reasons why you could have the problem, and only a couple of them are DIY, especially since it is not your house.
